HSMP Naturalisation for Dependant

Post by Golf20 » Sat Sep 19, 2009 7:39 pm

Hi,

Received FLR for me & partner under the HSMP JR . Meaning that I could apply for naturalisation once the 1 year period from the backdated date had passed . The letter from home office was addressed to me only . meaning that I can apply.

My partner also received FLR , but with the letter being addressed to me only , can she apply for naturalisation at the same time as I do ? can we submit a joint application ? ( all criteria for naturalisation has been met ) ?

Should this all be ok ?

Could someone please advise ?

Did you both received ILR, rather than FLR?

Have you both satisfied the standard requirements?
