New born baby to HSMP holders, Which form?? for visa

New born baby to HSMP holders, Which form?? for visa

Hello,

A friend of mine is on HSMP visa in UK. He and his wife have got their HSMP visa extended for another three years after initial grant of one year of HSMP visa.

During this time a baby was born to them. They have got Indian passport for the new born baby from the Indian embassy in UK.

Now they want to apply for a UK visa for this new born baby which is already in UK.

Please advise Which form they have to fill and other formalities to be done
