Dear all,

I'm just finalizing my application and need answers of following queries asap

- is it required to notarized photocopies of passport and salary checks
- is it necessary to translate salary checks as they r in arabic in my case
- shuld i submit my original Matric(X) and Intermediate(XII) certificates as well for english proof or letter from my university stating the medium was english will be enough
- is it required to submit original cummulative transcript(BCS) as well or original degree(BCS) certificate is enough under qualification section

1) everything should be original and nothing should go as a photocopy and notarized

2) I was of the understanding that if it needed to be translated then it should be translated by an official interpreter- so yes, these should be translated

3) the letter should be enough as long as it is on letterhead and signed by someone

4) degree certificate should be enough

What country are you in- there may be others who have similiar problems

If you are submitting photocopies of your passport as age proof then it would be a good idea to get that attested, if possible by your local embassy. Ofcourse, if you have an original birth certificate then you could submit that.

Thanks for the replies..I'm from Saudi Arabia, and secondly how can i submit original Passport n Paid Salary Checks (its obvious) no offense plz, i'm thinking to do this

1) Coloured Passport copy attested by Local Embassy

2) Salary Checks endorsed by my Employer

Wat do u say?

Just a note, you don't need to send your original passport with the application. It is only required on EC stage.
