Hello Experts,

Could you please advice me on the[b] forms [/b]and the [b]procedure[/b] for getting Tier 1 Dependant visa for baby born in UK.

Also would be intrested to know is it better to apply personally or by post?
How long does it take?

If you apply in person then you get the visa within few hours, but currently you have to wait 5-6 weeks to get an appointment. In post currently processing times are 3-4 working weeks.

There is no real answer for which is better. If your application is straightforward then both will grant you the visa.

Just to let you know however, till the baby does not leave the UK you don't need to get a visa. But if you go out of the country then while returning you need a visa for the baby.
