Somebody, pls helpppp.
After submittg my 2nd application, with all the details: reference letters from my current employers and previous employers detailing my job description and stating categorically that my job is a graduate level job, offer letter of employement attached. The case worker refused to grant me points in this area claiming that sufficient evidence was not provided to demostrate 5 years graduate level work.
On earning, i attached my 12 payslips, statement of my salary acc for the past 12 months, form H2 for year 2004 since i have not gotten my tax clearance cert and a summary sheet detailing all my earnings for the period under consideration. The case worker stated she cannot use my form H2 bcos is for last year 2004 and the summary sheet i designed was not on my company letterhead sheet and not stamped and signed. Hence she refused to award me points in this area too.
I will appreciate you guys response that could be of assistance to me, since i want to apply for a review.

You need to have at least 2 documentary evidence to prove your earnings. Use of payslips, tax clearance certificate and a certification of earning/income from the HR dept or accounting dept will do the job. The certifications should of course be signed by the individual attesting the figures in the letter is true and correct.

My application had docs supporting split years , 2h 2004 and 1h 2005. I had my 2004 tax clearance and for 2005, I supported it with the certification from our accntg dept stating that I have earned this xxx amount and had correspondingly paid the equivalent taxes for the 1st 6 months of 2005.
