Student Marry

am Living in uk last 4 years and I done two diploma in Busiiness. My Visa is going to expire july2010. I am want to get marry with pourtugese girl. She met me on flight when I went to purtugal to visit my brother. She work in london. But now I am intrested to get marry her in london.

I Know that I have to apply for COA and then Apply to change visa. My quation is that do I need to prove my currently student enrollment letter when I apply for COA or apply to change visa?

Second, how long visa will be issue after marry? I hold pakistani Pasport. how long i stay with her in uk to apply for ILR. if during this period we have fight eachother and want to divorce then what happend next?

It sounds to me like you are entering into this relationship for the wrong reasons.

Ok Let's get real and just explain for the sake of being gentle and professional.

You can surely apply for COA and most likely it would be granted.

You better not fight with your wife otherwise you would know where you are going to fight forever 8) .
