Query on Tier1 Dependents application

In the Tier1 dependent application form Under SECTION 4 for point H1. Is the dependant submitting their application with the main applicant’s application? Yes/No - I have selected Yes as I am submitting my dependents application along with main applicants application

But I was unsure what to select for point H2. Has the main applicant received notification that their application for leave to remain under the Points Based System has been successful? Yes/No - Can some one please advice me on this point H2 (FYI:I am already on HSMP since 2007 Dec and now applying for an extension under Tier1 General)

and finally what to select from the following options for H3. Under which category of the Points Based System has the main applicant applied?

Tier 1 (General) - go to question H4
Tier 1 (Entrepreneurs) - go to question J1
Tier 1 (Post Study Work) - go to question J1
Tier 1 (Investors) - go to Section K
Tier 2 (General) - go to question H5
Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) - go to question H5
Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) - go to question H5
Tier 2 (Sportsperson) - go to question H5
Tier 4 (General) Student - go to question J5
Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) (all sub-categories) - go to question J2

That's right

Dependent will say NO because, dependent is applying along with Main applicant for the same visa;

If the Main applicant already applied before and got the approval and if the dependent applies later in that case dependent say's YES;
