can reapply uk spouse visa after appeal dismissed at ait,and judge even wrote in determination that i dismiss appeal that both couples are happy in newzealand,will it effect to reapply,can judge refused on this basis,my husband is englsih man,we have plan to make life in uk,

at first visa was refused because we met online with eachothers,and my husband was on public fund in uk,so case went to ait,we do not have any representative in court and case was dismiss because judge was not satisfied about our finance,so in determination he wrote that he is very happy with our marriage but he no have any evidence for our finance and he think we allestablish family life in uk,so he dismiss appeal also in this,what is my question will be be able apply again,or we ban to apply
