juss a quick question.

is giving interview mandatory for skilled-worker immigrartion? or we can get it without interview.

No, interview is not mandatory. If an applicant is asked to attend an interview it is usually because there is something about your application which CHC wishes to find out more about, discuss, or clarify with you. Doesn't always mean there is a problem though.
