I got the ILR under the terms of the HSMP Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) judicial review policy
Got HSMP 09/09/2004
Came to UK on 09/10/2004

Am I eligible for Refund?

I written the letter to Croydon office for refund and got the reply I am not eligible for refund as I applied for extension in July 2007 and they sent me the new letter.
