Judge: "I dismiss the appeal under the Immigration Rule

Post by lexbfk » Tue Oct 06, 2009 12:03 am

Hi,
please can you advise me on this. Basically, my wife applied for student dependent visa which was refused and we appealed. However, the judge dismissed the appeal under the Immigration Rules. Question: How will this affect on her fresh application which we are planning to make within next few weeks as my(husband) circumstances have now changed here in the UK but still a student)
Please advise
Thanks in advance
Regards [/b]

Thanks for the link, really helpful. Hence I heard from a solicitor that it is not advisable to be refused by the Judge, i.e. better to withdraw the application if you are not confident that you can provide more info. So, I am not fairly sure if one can find this somewhere in written that Judge Refusal acts "negative" when making fresh application, something which puts your image/rating low. Please can you clarify this for me.
Thanks&Regards

cash balance in bank

Post by lexbfk » Wed Oct 07, 2009 2:19 pm

the regulations keep changing so quickly that it becomes tough to be up to date with them, so me question is that is it now very important that students cash balance in the bank must not go below GBP 1600 in any case especially if my wife is going to apply of Visa within couple of weeks
thanks in advance
