VFS - Premium Service

What additional facility do Premium service of VFS provide. I understand they provide lounge, tea, coffee, etc.

So they say that they also do provide courier service of passport and SMS at every stage of application ... but i thought that's standard when we submit in VFS? Can anybody confirm?
