What a bunch of hypocrites!
The British once had a reputation for honesty and fair play. Today, they're as grubby, grabbing and greedy as the worst of them. Surveys have shown that the British (ILRs included) are the most likely to retain any extra change mistakenly given to them at a till, to inflate insurance claims, to cheat, lie and deceive to get what they want.
Would you care to validate your claims or just abuse us unsubstantially?
bototo wrote:You, sir, and everybody else clamouring for blood, is a criminal. You've broken both civil and criminal law multiple times in the last year.
Really? Have I?
bototo wrote: Everybody has, it's almost impossible not to in the current Britain (remember, ignorantia legis neminem excusat ). Did you give yourself up the last time you exceeded the speed limit and didn't get caught?
Don't drive, can't afford to. Say no law broken there.
bototo wrote: Or when you cycled on the pavement?
I don't cycle either, walk or public transport.
bototo wrote: Or when you paid a workman in "cash" to save a few bucks? Or bought goods off the back of a lorry?
Had no work done on my flat that i've paid anyone else for and haven't picked up any cheap goods either.
bototo wrote: Or picked up some branded goods at a market stall knowing fully well they could be fake?
Again, no.

I'm not going to declare it as a benefit in kind (BiK) and I will save some tax. The vigilantes among you can contact the forum operators for my email address... I'm sure HMRC would love to hear from you.
Congratulations, have a cookie.
bototo wrote:You don't report yourself when you break the law just as your MPs don't report themselves when they break the law. The culture here is to deny any wrongdoing for as long as you think you can get away with it.
I haven't broken the law so i have nothing to report. I await my apology.
bototo wrote:So let's be clear: Any calls to report illegal immigrants does not confer a halo on anyone, they are just cheap attempts to gain a bit of (possible) pecunairy advantage by screwing someone over... just because you can.
Bit of a difference between cycling on a pavement and being and working in a country illegally.
