WP to ILR

Post by technician » Fri Nov 11, 2005 7:22 pm

Hello,

After spending four years on WP in UK one of my teacher colleague is to apply for an ILR. For himself wife and two kids.

I suppose FLR(O) is the right form for him. Plz confirm any other advise??

No, wrong form ... the SET(O) needs to be used to apply for ILR. That form can be downloaded by clicking here.

Hello John and Seniors,

Thanks very much for the information and Link. This form SET(O) is not computer typable. Can it be filled by hand neatly and submitted to the home office?? along with relevant documentation and GBP 500 premium same day service fees.

John, Regarding me, As already told on the forum I am on HSMP and recently got a job in my field with good salary.

I will be applying for extension in April 2006.

Thanks very much.

Indeed, this forum is very very helpful. It has guided me my long way inch by inch like applying for HSMP, arriving in London, getting job and probably providing extension of visa too. Even I am helping others too.

I thank master minds behind this forum.

Yes of course ... just print it out and then fill it in.

That is exactly how it is meant to work! You hopefully get help when you need it ... and give help when you can.
