4EU FAM Time Period of 3 years

Post by zafarzafar » Tue Oct 13, 2009 5:48 pm

Hi Guys,
please make it clear for me, the 3 years time period living together (as husband & wife) on the bases of EU spouse, start counting from date of marriage OR from the date of Stamp 4EU FAM ?
For Example: I got married in 2006 and i got Stamp 4EU FAM in 2007.
would my time period of 3 years counts from the date of marriage OR from the date of getting stamp 4EU FAM . if we seperate incase?
Anyway i am happy with my wife, but just making this question clear.
Response would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Zafar
