Hi All,

I received my stamped passport today with Tier-1 General. I would like to thank all the forum members for their valuable inputs. I always thought that I should use services of some agency for filing but the information on this forum helped me pursue the application on my own.

My timelines are as follows:

Applied from: VFS Hyderabad
Points claimed : 110 (90 + 20)
Application sent : October 08 (In person application at VFS Hyd)
Payment deducted : October 08
SMS received on 20th October "Application processed, delivered to Blue Dart
Documents received : October 21st ( by Blue Dart)
Current Expiry : 6th November 2012 (I had put my tentative travel date as 6th Nov 2009, so they granted visa from that date)
