FLR (M) in a day

Hi all,
Can the FLR(M) application be done in a day. Does I need to send my visa to home office if I have to get FLR for my child and my spouse?

If you're applying for FLR(M) for your spouse and child, you will need to submit your passport with the application.
What visa status do you have?
Applications made in person by appointment at a PEO are generally processed on the same day.
