Anyone have any problem explaining minor arrests?

Post by darlingdear » Fri Oct 23, 2009 12:34 am

Applying for Ancestry visa and my husband is coming along with. He has two minor arrests for shoplifiting from when he was nineteen (now 41). Both cases were thrown out of court, but need to be put on the form. Anyone have any trouble like that?

I'm sure it won't be a problem as it's so minor and so long ago, but... best to find out beforehand.
