Got Hsmp Approval, but problem in entry clearance

i got hsmp approval. Due to some problem i could apply entry clearance on 88th day of total period(90 days). Uk embassy asked me to go for extension of hsmp approval letter,since i have not applied(entry clearance) before one week from 90th day. Then i have applied for extension. Nearly 4 months is over i have not received extension letter. could you please tell me
when can i expect the extension letter?

There is no provision for the extension of the HSMP letter in the guidelines.
