Validity of Life in UK Test Result

Post by VRM » Fri Oct 23, 2009 12:13 pm

My wife took the Life in the UK Test in November 2007 and passed, However, she is applying for ILR only this year (Dec 2009). Is her test result still valid or does she have to take it again?

As long as she has the Physical Result to present to them at the Home office, she doesnt need to re-do the test again.

I did mine Feb 2008, I only applied ILR August 2009 *still waiting on result though* and I didnt have any problem. I had PEO appointment but they said they need further Authorisation (long story) but anyway The Lady on the day look it up and told me that i got 24/24.

So as long as she has it, she will be just fine with the result she has from 2007.
