Visa refused for silly reason now college's liscence suspend

Hi i applied for visa in june under tier 4. It was refused on 29 sep because home office said they did not recieved my college letter, which i definetly sent. they did not awarded me any points. I then appealed and that time i was confident i will get visa but on 11 oct my college's liscence suspended, which they believe will be back by mid november. I am not getting admission in any college now. What should i do please help
