hello... i really hope someone can tell me wht to do??!!!

i was married to a british and had a settlement visa for 2 years.. we are now seperated and even in the process of divorce. my visa expires May 2006.

is there any way i can continue to stay in the UK cause if i continue for another 2more years, i can apply for a PR. im working at the moment. what type of visa can i apply for?

Do you mean you had a 'spouse' visa rather than settlement visa?

was their any reported/documented violence in your relatioship?
