Visa for dependant( spouse) when applying at same time

Hi All
I am switching to Tier1 from Tier2 and am applying for my wife's visa too who is with me in UK now on Tier2 Dependant visa.

I could not find in UKBA website about the document I need to submit with her application.

The documents I have are these:

1. Translation of Nikah Nama and attested by local District Magistrate
2. Marriage Certificate attested by advocate
3. Maintenance proofs for last 3 months
4. Photographs from marriage ceremony

Is there any other document I need. Please point me to link in UKBA website where all the docs needed are mentioned.
