Point Based System Visa refusal

Post by SamadWali » Mon Nov 02, 2009 8:19 am

Hi everyone,
I applied for student visa in may and I got the passport on the 4 Oct.The HO refused my visa on the grounds of me not sending my bachelors degree which I completed in India 4 years back.I had already submitted those documents when I entered UK.I have been given 10 points for the funds but the 30 points have not been awarded.
I have appealed for it and my hearing is on the end of this month. Can anyone who had the same case guide me what are the criteria's.

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

I would like to add few more things to what I have already said.I applied for student visa 6 months back and in Oct I received my passport back. The HO refused my visa on the grounds that I did not submit the Bachelors degree.I am presently doing an MBA.
And the basis of acceptance was my bachelors degree.I have already logged an appeal.I did submit the degree 4 years back when I first came to the UK.
Its a very stupid reason to reject the visa, they could have asked me for the degree and I would have submitted it.
Waste of time,money and effort.
Can anyone suggest me if I can add more in my hearing?
Any help would be appreciated........
