visa rejected under 320(7a)

Salam,
My visa has been refused under 320(7a). Whereas my bank is saying that they didn't verified it. Now from which manager i got this statment has ran away.. What shd i do now submit fresh case or review it by giving statment from other bank??
plz reply.. thanx..
