Amount required 4 Tier4 from Tier 1

Hi, Could any one plz tell how much money is required for Post Study Work Migrant to switch into Tier 4. Would it be 7200 plus one year course fee or diff. rules will apply for those people who r already in Uk.THX

You need to show course fees and nine months' maintenance on the day you apply if you apply before February 2010.

If you have IGS based on documents from Cambridge College of Learning you can still be refused with an application to switch to Tier 4 on general grounds. In fact I think you will be refused if you have CCL documents.

what a person needs to do if he is already on igs from CCL and the extention is due in near future although he has maintaned the required balance in the bank account for 3 months.

if ho check the previous record of diploma, then what would be chances to get an extention, altough we have already got igs and that time they were satisfied thats why they granted our application. so is that the point to argue if they refuse our application despite the fect that we have completed our qualification in the last year april 2008, and the college had beed raided in december. where we were wrong? thats my question is?

but we had been given IGS by ukba them selves.it was not under point based systen and even CCL issue raised after july 2008.how cud some one be reponsible for that who have already done their qualification and got visa

but if they refuse our trasitional application then on wat basis we can appeal against the decesion andon wat basis wud this appeal been allowed in court and if that does happend wud we be able to continue our job legally?thx 4 all replies

y people already on igs would not get an extenshion i ll take them 2 europien court even i m ready 4 everything

Submit the Tier 4 application if you meet the requirements, and if you have not used bogus documents or have not used CCL documents then you have nothing to fear I am sure.

i m not fearing and plz read my post carefully i mentioned that my frnd needsto get an extenshion not me and the posts u talking abt r all 4 my frnd not 4 me and previously i cleared that i m not on either IGS/PSW nor student visa holdder,infect i m on Tier 1 General. Thax
