Did you get a P60?fpvt2 wrote:>show also your past 12 months earnings and tax declarations.
Since I have been working in the UK for an employer, my employer has been taking the tax out of my paycheck, and I do not file tax return. So, I can not show tax declaration. Will the employer letter, pay slip and maybe deposits to the bank be sufficient ?
You can only show the tax documents that you have. You will not get another P60 until next April 2006 and that is perfectly understandable from the HSMP application point of view. Therefore you will have a P60 that proves the taxes you have paid, relevant from Nov 2004 to March 2005. Between April 2005 and Nov 2005, you still have your bank statements and pay slips and that would be sufficient. The idea is to give as much evidence as possible that makes it easier for the case worker to allot points for you in the earnings capacity.fpvt2 wrote:If I have this P60, I should submit this also for income proof, right ?
But then it only prove income from April 5th 2004 to April 5th 2005, not for the last 1 year from Nov 2004 to Nov 2005.
