Spousal visa

Hi, I'm on a work permit visa (got it last year before the announcement of PBS) and recently got married (in abroad, so our marriage is not registered here in UK). My wife is on a student visa. Can she change her visa to dependent visa? and which form and what kind of documents are required?

I've already searched the http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/ and could not find the answer.
