College lost license - now he has to go home!!!! Please help

Hi, please can someone help me. I do not have too many details as it is a friend of a friend and as i have a spouse visa they have asked me for some help.

My friend has done some courses at a college here in the UK and applied for an extension to do a higher level of study. After his application was put in his college has lost its visa license. He has spent the last few months trying to save up to go to another college but in the meantime his visa has been denied. He has 10 days to appeal. He has found a new college to accept him and he has a week to find £2000 for his new course. If he does - by miracle manage to get the money and a letter from the new college what do you think his chances are of a sucessful appeal. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I think an appeal can only be made if the appellant feels the HO has made an error in denying the visa, sounds like this was a valid refusal.

If ur friend has no current valid leave, I'm pretty sure he'll need to leave and reapply from his home country.
