Switching from Student to Spousal

Switching from Student to Spousal

Hiya

We are getting married this Friday (27th, Nov). I am still on my Student Visa expiring 31/10/10. My fiance has Refugee Status. My question to you is do we have to apply now for a Spousal Visa or should we wait till towards the end of my student visa? Your help is appreciated.

You don't need to wait for your student visa to run out to apply. You should switch sometime before it expires to avoid overstaying.
