THNAKS FOR REPLEYING BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ONLY THOSE NATIONALS CAN APPLY WHERE THERE IS ANY CIVIL WAR IS GOING ON IN THEIR COUNTRY..IS THT RIGHT?
I AM MARRIED TO A BRITISH NATIONAL AND HAVING A SON. I AM THINKING OF APPLYING THIS CHIKWAMBHA CASE.

That is not quite right. Perhaps you need advice from an immigration advisor, or to seriously consider getting entry clearance in India.
