HSMP dependent filling SECTION 7 of VAF1 form

SECTION 7 - EMPLOYMENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. You only need to complete this section if you are applying as a work permit holder , or to take up permit free employment - including UK Ancestry ]




Should the HSMP dependent fill up this section in VAF 1 form. ?


My spouse intended to work in teaching profession once in UK. But she will be coming on hsmp dependent visa.

You dont need to fill this section. As a dependent applicant, that is not a relevant section for your spouse. Also she can take up any work that she wants to. By law there is nothing there that denies her that right. Her only limitation is that the length of her job and stay is dependent on your stay in the UK.
