HELP with EEA2 Application Urgent plz

Hi Dear friends

I am about to make my EEA2 application. i would highly appreciate if you can have a critical look on my case so ii can avoide any problems in future..hopefully my application would be processed from 2 to 6 months as the HO representative told me but im aware of prolonging delays anyways lets be optimistic

I am attaching an application form filled including our pics and the employment area filled by employeer as well.
1. Marriage certificate.
2. Nikhah Nama (religious cerimony certificate or islamic certificate)
3. Contract of employment of my wife.
4. Letter from employer.
5. Payslips last three 3 months.
6. Bank statements.
7. Bills (Most of the bills are on my name though im her dependent but im working part time, i am on a student visa which will expire in oct 2010)
8. Our contract with our landlord it is a joint contract on both our names. (she is paying the monthly rent by a standing order)
9. My payslips (i am working part time about 15 hours a week)
10. My saving accounts statemet, plus my credi card statement (i've got some overdraft limit which i dont use at all)
11. He change of name on deed poll. she changed her surname on my name. should i attach it?
12. shall we send our marriage pictures as its not a requirement? also also asked HO representative about it and they said its not necessary.
13. I am doing MBA and its my last semester, i paied about 11 thousand pounds for it should i submit my fee slip or something like that which will help me?
14. as im sending pay slips, employment contract and letter from employer of my wife ..do we need to attach her bank statements as well, someone was saying that we should send a 6 months bank statement is it right?

Please let me know if i am missing something? i want to sort out this visa thing as soon as possible because my job is very unpredictable and if i become redundant i am screwed .

its very important to send a bank statement of your wife and if you don't send it now they will ask for it anyway as a additional documents then it will cause a delay in your application so its better to send it now.

I have just had my EEA2 approved after only a month with Home Office! Not sure if I was just lucky or perhaps they have sorted their backlog out now. I offer the following advice:
11. I would attach the name change, as it supports the evidence of your genuine marriage/relationship.
2. Not necessary, but if it’s easy for you to provide, then include them – every little bit helps!
13. Not sure
14 Yes, include bank statements as well as payslips. I was told to (and did) supply the most recent 3 months. Also if you have any tax certificates (P60 etc) include them too.
You need to prove that you and your wife can support yourself. I made up a summary table showing all of our expenses and income to make it very clear that I wouldn’t need to access any public funds.
I would also recommend putting all of your evidence together in a folder, with an index (most important things like ID and marriage certificate up front). You should try to make it as easy/clear for the processing officer as possible.
Make sure you keep copies of your documents as well, just in case!
