Student Visa -FLRS-Old System

Hi All,

I have applied for student visa extension during the month of March 09 before the PBS system but the college which i was studying was delisted from Tier 4 during the month of June09.

But my college moved me to its sister concern college in July 09 which is still inTier 4 list and have completed my Btech Professional Development Diploma (Level 7) in Business Studies awarded by Ed-Excel in September09. After that i came to know that i was suppose to send an email to UKBA stating chage of Course provider so i did send the email to ukba during the first week of Oct 09 Stating their sponsor licence number and mentioned intake from Septembr 09 (Instead of writing July 09 intake) for the same course PGDBS leading to MBA and I have received the acknowledgement email from UKBA as well. I am currently enrolled to Unviersity of Wales to finish my Dissertation through my college.

But Home Office rejected my visa extension 2 days back (after 9 months) stating that my college is not Bona fide college and all my marksheets, attendance could not be accepted and refused without considering my email about the change of course provider. They totally forgot about my email. I am confused with the below points for appeal as i dont want to go through a solicitor as i have properly studied and going to finish my masters and I feel its a straight forward case.

1. They totally forgot about my email stating change of course povider so I feel this one point is enough to win the case?

2. I Have mentioned wrong intake in the email so will it make any issue? I can easily prove that i was studying before that date as my degree Convocation was during Sept 09 and i have got the convocation photos and can get letter from college.

3. What all the other points i need to consider before going for an appeal?

4. Do they really need to think about PBS even though i have applied in old System?
