Tier 4 refusal

Post by riz123 » Sat Dec 05, 2009 5:24 pm

Hi Every one

this is regarding the tier4 appeal,

Iwas In the IGS last year this time to extent my visa i did applied under the tier 4, but my visa has been refused , the reason is in suffient funds. They wanted to show me 9,250 but i showed only 4850, that is moere than enough to extent normal student visa. i did applied appeal, is their any changes to renew my visa, in case of appeal failure, can i apply fresh application from my home country and how much mony should i want to show please, can i show the uk bank statement please.

The minimum funds is there for a reason, if you don't meet that then you will be refused.

And yes you can apply again from your home country, just make sure that you meet the minimum money required part otherwise you'll just be refused again. You can show whatever bank statement of yours that shows the required fund, British or not.

You stand a good chance of being refused because of the Cambridge College of Learning stuff, funds or no funds.

U can apply from ue home country - read the FLR(S) guidelines form on the UKBA website, from memory the funds requirement for an out of country app are a lot higher, double I think.

Plus u need three months back statements no way around that.
