please advice me to handle this problem & right decision

I got IGS from the fake college Cambridge college of learning, and the college has been clossed. than after i really wanted to srudy to leave this country permently, and i have started study last january.

I already paib one year tution fee and still need to pay 2250 this january 2010.

i am expecting my result for appeal in 2 weeks time. and i am leaving this country by january 2nd week.

My question is can i apply for visa tier4 straight away from my country when i get there. in this case how much money i need to show, and finnaly can i show 28 day bank statment from UK bank, and what are the document i naeed to take from my college and the uni[/code][/b]

To be honest, it doesn't look good.

The fact that you went to a fake college means that it will remain on your records forever. Athough it may not have been your fault or your intention, but the UKBA will always suspect that you were a bogus student. As a result unless you get your name cleared by going through courts, it looks like they will refuse you.
