If you have a considerable amount of savings, I doubt those expenses would even be an issue. Yes they usually take your salary and consider your expenses and see how much is left over. However, if you have savings I'm pretty sure they add that to the mix.omeo_21 wrote:hi elena, so will they take of those expenses from my salary that is left after my commitments or not? Also i do have considerable amount of savings in my account so I could just state that i used my savings to pay the expenses and not my wages, if you get what i mean. Also i got a statement from before showing only around 200 pounds spent however that statement only shows the income in of my first job which is only 350 pounds per month as i didnt get my second job until the month after, so would that not matter! Thanks and im sorry if i've confused you.
Whilst it doesn't say in the guidance notes that this is REQUIRED, it does say that you need to submit "PROOF" that the accommodation is suitable, and from other's experiences it does seem that a housing inspection for entry clearence from the local council is the only item of definitive proof that they accept... better to get one done to be on the safe side.toleem wrote:batleykhan & Casa
I am going to apply for Spouse Visa.
Another question. Is it neccesary for local council to inspect the flat?
