Pay slips and bank statements?

Hi i submitted 3 months bank statements (original copies) and 3 months pay slips originals from my two jobs.

Is this enough or not because i heard people saying you should give 6 months and can they refuse me for this??

They ask for a minimum of three but I think they prefer 6.

the purpose of the bank statements is just to for them to build up and see how your situated fianacialy. If i have ony given three statments but have a health bank balance should that be ok?

if they can see regular incomes and expenditure then 3 months should be fine
