hi my visa refusal is just based on the maintenance funds that i had to show my outstanding fee but that was not the rule before 30 oct 2009 when i applied .. i completed my hnd course from the same uni and then applied for the top-up...can u plz help me what can i urgue as i am in between the course and my first semester will already be finished by jan.
