haven't received the acknowlegement letter yet ???

haven't received the acknowlegement letter yet ???

hii there

i have applied for tier 4 visa i have submitted all the relevant documents i don't think that there is any problem in my documents but still i haven't received my acknowlegement letter though my other friend whose visa was expiring the same date as mine. but he send a postal order and i send a bank checque so he got his acknowlegement letter in the comming week and i haven't get till that is more than two week. so is there anybody who can think what might be the problem or any question in ur mind plzzzzzz
