On Tier 4Student in Uk;how do i have2 do2bring my kids here

I arrived here in Oct and now would like to bring my 3 kids ( B1, G3 and G5) here in UK.

1. What do I have to do?
2. The fund should be in my account in UK or could it be in my account back in my home country??
3. Do I have to find the school for the big girl (G5) to register with?? In order to bring her here?

Please Please please , I really do need some advise for this.
