Dependant of a student under old rules

Hello, I am currently holding a student vias under the old rules (before 31 March of 2009).

My partner holds a PSW visa that expires at the end of next month. We are going to get married during the chrismas holiday. I looked into the the website of UK border agency and found a few specific questions:

1, Can she switch to dependant visa within the UK? (I was aware it was not possibble for the new point-based system, but from the website:http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/study ... -31-March/
Chapter 3 - IDIs -> Section 4 - Spouses or civil partners and children of students
On page 3: DEPENDANTS SWITCHING
As entry clearance is not a prerequisite for a spouse or civil partner or child of a student, switching is permissible, provided that all the requirements of the rules are met.
Does this mean she can apply within the UK?

2, Which form should she use? Is it FLR(O)?

3, How much money should we provide? Any limit on my name or on her name? Is there a requirement for the time to have the money? like we should have enough money one month before the application?
