query regarding working visa

hi all

this is thayalan. i am from chennai, india. now i am in dubai working in citibank as a database support engineer(MCA) for more than 3 years. i want to migrate to ireland.how can i acheive this one. can i come on working visa. to get that one, should i need job offer from employer. otherwise what should i do to get a work permit. please suggest me as soon as possible.

i beleive your potential employer will apply for a work permit and the second step obviously would be your applying for a visa at the Irish embassy.
