plzzzz i need ur help and advice i m in a real trouble

hi everybody, so last year i got a visa student from the 21 october 2008 until 22 february 2011.i was enrolled with some college in birmingham uk.however i spent just 6 months then i decided to come bk to my home country , u know the college was a real disappoint , there were few student , the professors were nt at all serious...this month i got my bachelor in business administration in some of my country s college, and i m planing to apply for a master degree at some of the universities in scottland, this question is : if i receive an unconditional offer from this university , can i use my oldest visa ?by the way the course at this university of dundee(scotland) will start on 1st september 2010,

When you went back to your home country, your student visa was probably cancelled because if it was a reputable university they would have reported that you were no longer attending. You should apply for a new visa.

but beforing going bk to my hoome country i went to the police department and i let them know tht i ll be abscent for a long period , so i don t think tht my visa will be canceled
