tier 4 Re-applying Preparation.

Post by flowerinjannah » Sat Dec 19, 2009 3:09 pm

My friend applied with funds of £7760.00 in his fat account, his own money.

Fees paid £2640.00, Original receipt attached., remaining to be paid=£5280 ,for ESl/IELTS for 9 months.

His maternal uncle was sponsoring Cost of maintenance =£5400, but unfortunately his sponsorship documents viz. letter, bank statement and monthly pay slips have been unaccepted for his maintenance.

I believe he will be rejected next week coz' he didn't meet with the required level of maintenance, under paragraph 245zv(c) of the immigration rules,
To prepare for re-application:
Can he simply transfer the uncle's funds, leave 28 days and re-apply. Will they require more evidence of his financial standingI am asking this as
"Tier 4 (General)Student you are required to show that you personally hold the required level of funds."
Can he Ask Worldbrige to attach a note to the second application stating the immediacy of the course date. ...6th Jan, 2010

To prepare for re-application:

In this case the question is that will the visa officer ask where he gets this money and he should give supporting evidence for his maintenance funds.
1. Can he simply transfer the uncle's funds, leave it for 28 days and re-apply.
Does he need to show the "SOURCE OF FUNDS"

2.If he sells his car to show the required £4000, then is that acceptable?

"Tier 4 (General)Student you are required to show that you personally hold the required level of funds."

3. Can he Ask Worldbrige to attach a note to the second application stating the immediacy of the course date. ...6th Jan, 2010

Please help urgently as he wishes to join the college as soon as possible.
