help - Bank statements India

My last post probably before i go to the UKBA.
In UK application..

9 months uk earning
1 month indian earnings

worked in september in india and have company letter dater september

the contract clause was to pay in 6 to 8 weeks.

The company issued me a letter on 25th november stating the money has been paid to Bank account number / name etc all correct .

there had been a delay because of problems in hyderabad (strikes)

due to some problem the cheque bounced and immediately a new cheque was sent from the company and was honored on the 15th of Dec.

The bank statement doesnt show the company name..
it only shows the cheque number...

And the company letter doesnt have the cheque number ...
it has every other detail of my account.

will this be a problem.

please let me know..
did anyone have such a problem..

also my parents tried getting a tax accountant letter from India but didnt happen.

Does your company letter have the GROSS and NET Salary mentioned in it and does the NET amount matches exactly with that in the bankstatement; IF YES, In that case you are good to go ahead and apply.

Yes it does...
but there has been no tax deduction..
there is gross and net as the same amount..

and says no tax has been deducted..

Also I am uplifting the indian currency with a value of 5.3.

thats 10,000 INR = 150 pounds..
uplifted at 5.3 = 775 pounds...

As long as GROSS Salary and NET Salary is mentioned it is fine as the Caseworker requires those GROSS no. to calculate the earnings points and also need to compare the NET amt with that in the bank..
