Getting PR - Possible divorce

Hi

I am a dependant of a Tier 1 Visa holder. And we have been married 2yrs and 9 mths and also have been living in the UK since then.

My husband is now eligible to apply for PR as he has been here for over 5 years.

We have been experiencing some personal issues - which MIGHT lead to divorce.

Can he apply for PR for me too at this stage? He is willing to be co-operative and do so.
