Tier 1 dependent, can he/she work without main applicant?

Post by programmer » Tue Dec 29, 2009 9:58 am

Hi,
Can Tier 1 dependent enter UK even if Tier 1 main candidate is not in UK? Similarly can Tier 1 dependent stay and work in UK even if Tier 1 main candidate is not in UK?

First of all.. its wrong place to post ur query..

Tier1 Dependent on his/her FIRST Entry can not enter into UK by himself/herself.. he/she should be accompanied by the Main applicant

Once in the country, yes they can stay and work even if the main applicant is out of UK..
