English Requirement + Previous Earnings

English Requirement
I hold the following degrees

• Bachelor of Engineer from University of Madras
  MBA (distance education) @ Bharathidasan University Trichy.

Both of them are listed in Point Based System.
Do i require any supporting document for English Requirement other than my Degree Certificate ?
Can i use my bachelor degree as proof for English Requirement .

Previous Earnings
For Specific Month
Total Earnings INR 58617
Total Deducation INR 7134 ( PF + Income Tax)
----------------------------
Net Pay : INR 51483

Net pay is credited to my salary saving account.Should i use only Net Pay for Previous Earnings?

Can Leave Encashment and bonus can be part of Previous Earnings?

India belong to Band D so the multiplier of INR is 5.3?

You can just use your Masters for Both English and educational if it is recornized by the PBS.. Documents to be attached are Original Masters degee certificate..

You need to use your GROSS Salary for Earnings points not NET...

I initially thought for Previous Earnings

1) Last 12 Months Pay slips
2) Last 12th Month Transaction from ICICI Bank
[ should it be signed in all the sheets]

Is there anything else i have to do..

I initially thought for Previous Earnings

2) Last 12th Month Transaction from ICICI Bank

Proof of the GROSS Salary will be your Payslips which should have the information about the GROSS Salary apart from the Taxes and NET Amount.. 1proof is ok for Gross

but 2proofs for NET amount 1.payslip and 2.bankstatements which shd match exactly
