HSBC refused for contact detail as I need it for T9 Question

HSBC refused for contact detail as I need it for T9 Question

Referring to Question T9: Providing contact details for each of the documents( Payslip and Bank Statement).
I got reference for my payslip who is HR. But HSBC refused me for any reference.. What can I do?

Come on get the HSBC Branch Address and their Contact Phone no and put in your application.. no body needs to give it.. you can get it from their website.. goodluck

I never provided ref. for HSBC as all the relevant details were already present on the bank statement/letter.
